Cultural Walk * Fauvism art trail through Collioure is well signposted and easy to explore (this link takes you to photo galleries). Anchovies --- Olives --- Wine * Anchovy and olive houses are free to visit in Collioure. Watch the produce being prepared and films about the Collioure's fishing history. * Wine cellars and caves for tastings are everywhere. Also the Dominicain Cellars in Collioure also house an interpretation centre and do tours (in Fr) in summer. Natural Environment --- Views * Le Petit Train - a great local tour with spectacular views over the hills behind Collioure and down into Port Vendre. * Numerous mountain and coastal walks and tours are offered both on your own and guided tours. * Marine life - join a Collioure-based scuba-diving trip or visit the Banyuls Aquarium or just snorkel in the bay. |
