* linen and towels provided free of charge
* beds made up and house cleaned ready for your arrival

* flexibility in afternoon arrival with keypad password entry
* 24 hour-7 day maintenance and property support
* activity/information folders as part of the welcome pack
* comprehensive first aid kit, fire blanket and smoke alarms installed

Rental Conditions Include:
* arrival after 4pm and departure by 10am
* no-smoking nor pets allowed inside
* the holiday house accommodates a maximum of four
* minimum stay one week (prefer Saturday to Saturday)
